EXECUTIVE TEAM

JOESEF JACKSON

FOUNDER & CEO

Joesef directs Advanced Marketing Consultants' business development efforts and oversees all day-to-day management activities for all of the company's new home communities and projects.

 

Joesef has held a variety of leadership positions for some of the largest and most notable homebuilders in the country. With a combination of experience and leadership, it was only natural for Joesef to combine his inherent abilities with his professional experience by forming Advanced Marketing Consultants to assist new home builders and developers across California and Nevada. 

KELI SILVA-JACKSON

FOUNDER & SVP of MARKETING

Keli oversees project marketing and strategy, and business operations for Advanced Marketing Consultants. Keli has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has worked for a broad mix of developers and has held several positions for one of California's largest new home marketing and sales advisory firms - The Ryness Company.

Following her passion for the new home sales industry, Keli realized a strong need in the new home development community for a company focused strictly on the sales and marketing needs of new home builders and developers.

SCOTT SILVA

REGIONAL VP BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT

Scott comes from a diverse professional background that spans real estate sales, construction and development and comes from a family of real estate developers and professionals. Scott co-founded a real estate consulting company with management over a $320M asset portfolio, and successfully spun off a financial technology software company now based in London, England.

 

His career also includes a post as International Marketing Director for the world’s largest multi-national automotive products company, as Regional Sales Manager for the nation’s largest privately held home builder and Division Construction Manager for a Fortune 100 public home builder.

PERI KOST

SVP Of OPERATIONS

Peri Kost epitomizes integrity, energy and dedicated service in every detail of the real estate transaction. For the past 30 years, Peri has held many high-level positions with top builders within the new home development community. She has worked in virtually every aspect of the new home sales industry, representing developers of single-family, mixed-use and high-rise projects, as well as condo conversions and planned community developments.

 

It is this exceptional combination of knowledge, experience and commitment that consistently places Peri at the top of her field in the new home sales, operations, and management.

ANGIE SOUZA

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT 

Angie’s personality and true knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction have given her an opportunity to excel in different areas within the real estate industry.  As a Transaction Coordinator she has closed thousands of transactions representing billions of dollars in business.

 

Her all-encompassing expertise of the real estate world have given her an innumerable list of accomplishments. With her breadth of knowledge in Real Estate legal requirements, she utilizes a laser focus to accomplish a quick and smooth transaction for her clients, while keeping DRE and RED compliant in all aspects of the transaction.
